Refund and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and replacements

• Our products are sacred items tied to your energy, so we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds.
• Damaged, missing or wrong item: free replacement, provided you raise the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, with an unedited unboxing video.
• Size issues: no refund. You may courier the piece back to us for a replacement; a ₹149 replacement fee applies after quality check.
• Quality complaints: no refund or replacement. Every piece is quality-checked before dispatch.
• Tampered, edited or AI-generated videos and fake claims are rejected.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. A cancelled prepaid order is converted to store credit for the full amount; it is not refunded. If we cannot fulfil your order, we refund you in full.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, prepaid orders first.
• Delivery takes 3 to 4 days to metro addresses and 5 to 7 days to the rest of India.
• Cash on Delivery is available across India.
