Refund and Cancellations

Thank you for shopping with RudraSetu. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your order or request a replacement/refund. Please read our policy below:


Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellation requests after 30 minutes of placing an order.

Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely delivery, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe.

Cancellation Charges:

  • RudraSetu does not charge cancellation fees if the order is cancelled within 30 minutes.
  • If RudraSetu has to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (stock unavailability, logistics issues, etc.), the full amount will be refunded.
  • This policy ensures fair treatment for both parties in accordance with e-commerce guidelines.

Refund & Replacement Policy

  •  We offer a 1-day replacement policy for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  •  To be eligible, you must contact us within 1 day of delivery and provide proof such as unboxing videos and images (mandatory).
  •  We do not accept returns for:
  •  Personal preference (look & feel, color shade, bead size, etc.)
  •  Size concerns or quality expectations differing from descriptions
  •  Items damaged due to mishandling, washing, or improper use by the customer
  •  Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and all items intact.

Replacement Process

  1.  Initiate Request: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 1 day of receiving your order. Provide your Order ID and issue details.
  2.  Return Product: Ship the unused product back to us in original packaging.
  3.  Verification: Our team will inspect the product upon receipt.
  4.  Replacement Fee: A flat fee of ₹200 will be charged for approved exchanges (to cover shipping & handling).
  5.  Dispatch Replacement: Once approved and fee received, a replacement will be dispatched with a tracking number.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be provided if:
  • A replacement is not possible, or
  • RudraSetu cancels the order from its side.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or any other mutually agreed method) within 7–10 working days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider’s policies.

Complaint Acknowledgment & Resolution Timelines

Acknowledgment: Complaints raised via email/WhatsApp will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

Resolution: Our grievance officer will aim to resolve all customer complaints within 30 days from the date of receipt.
